Jim Varsos passed away of cancer on 10/5. He cowrote the following songs with MJ:

I am very sorry to hear that. Jim Varsos was a great singer/songwriter who had many good songs in his own right.

Do you have any tape of "I Don't Have a Prayer" that Jim Varsos and MJ wrote together? I don't think I've heard that and together they wrote some beautiful songs.

So sad to hear of this .... liked so much several of their collaboration songs
